ASI utilizes advanced CNC, EDM & EDG systems to process new and re-grind tools for the most challenging applications in the aerospace sector. There are a wide variety of advanced materials including unidirectional and multidirectional CFRP components. Our geometries were developed to eliminate delamination, tearing,  burrs or a "push through" effect on CFRP materials. PCD and highly polished coated tools with high-shear geometries have proven to be very effective on even the most difficult of applications. 

Advanced cutting tool materials, micro-lapped and configured with unique edge preparations ensure extended tool life and excellent surface finish.
